My son, Tanner, mixed up a sourdough starter, and gifted me some of it. We affectionately have been calling it Mirabella. A plus in the Shelter in Place period of time has been the sharing of cooking endeavors. Thanks, son!
Because one needs to discard a portion of the starter daily to make room to feed her, I tried making sourdough crackers from the discard. So so easy and so so good! Starter, olive oil and seasoning--The link to BUTTERFORALL where I found the recipe is below. Try it-highly recommend!
