"Tepees are another Mother to us... 🪶🪶🪶🪨🪶🪶🪶 🍋🍒🍋 I ran across this recipe from one of the wonderful bakers I follow. They were so beautiful and appetizing I knew I wanted to make them. No regrets! The recipe follows, as does the site I curated the recipe from. It is a perfect holiday cookie bar. Www.Ful.filled.com I usually decorate with a seasonal look... natural elements, symbols and organic materials. That way I can leave them up past the holiday, and I don’t feel closed in or over done. I like to think of decorating as small, beautiful moments, nature given. A pause to savor in your day. This year though I did decorate the porch more than usual-and earlier! I had wanted to do an icicle and snowflake evergreen bough for quite a while. My hubby is a terrific handyman, he hung the white birch branch that we strung the evergreen and lights from in the center of the porch. My three deerhorn wreaths are a new addition. I made those earlier this fall when the weather was warm in the garage. Thanks, Joe, for giving us the beautiful sheds from your collection. Small, beautiful moments. "May you be blessed 🍎🍏🍎 We had a fun patio gathering the other night—social distancing-we lit a fire in our fire pit, sipped hot apple cider, and tasted six different apples. Our checklist was texture, color, taste and smell. We cleared our pallet with cheese and crackers in between tastings. The favorite apple of all of us was the pazazz apple. We limited our apples to six, but there were several new ones at the grocery store that we had never tasted. Will have to do it again. 🎄💚❤️🎄Thanks Raye and TJ for the idea!
