Had to have the Purple Rain cocktail at the St. George tavern…so glad I did!
Empress Indigo Gin, St Germaine, locally sourced Prickly Pear syrup, lemon twist, and two snapdragon flowerettes. No regrets. And it tasted even better than it looked…which was divine!
P S. I also had the Lavish Lemonade. Yum!

We are definitely enjoying St George, it is a lively town.
Good shopping, good cocktails, great golf and golfing weather- it’s been 80-85 degrees, with cooler nights around 65 degrees.
