School starts again, after a reflective summer season. My mom passed away the second day of summer, so it was a rough start. There is really, truly never enough time with a loved person in one's life. The rest of summer was a reflective period--healing, thinking, sharing.
The bowl of cereal and fruit: Berries picked in Oregon with my daughter. What a healthy way to start the new school year! And my last semester, retiring at the end of the semester.
