Spring Equinox Soundbath
When will you spot your first dandelion this spring...........???
Oh the dandelions! I am reminded on this spring equinox the joy of being a kid and finding dandelions. So much fun, so many things to make! My grandsons have re-ingnited for me the joy dandelions can hold. Perception, isn't it? Make a wish and blow the seeds off the orb-- stars!
Mom told my brothers and me when we were small the dandelions represented the sun, the moon and stars. I'll pass on this earth lore to boys when we go dandelion hunting.
Meanwhile, I'll immerse myself in the rhythms and stability the re emergence of this beautiful little plant sends out. My wish for you...experience the dependable rhythm of nature...happy hunting!!

🍀🍀🍀 Do you believe in leprechauns?🍀🍀
We’ve had signs of leprechauns around our house… Sad to say no sightings yet. But we’re keeping our eyes out 🍀 love this month!
The full moon this month was called Snow Moon...we experienced the big sky moon light on a five day/night get a way to Gardner, Montana. This sleepy little town is the gateway to Yellowstone Park.
Winter is my favorite season to spend time in the park, the wildlife is really spectacular. On our skiing outings we would glide by bison on the trails--but always staying a safe distance away even if it was a detour for us! One evening after soaking in the hot springs we returned to our cabin and it was surrounded by over thirty buffalo--and I didn't have my camera!!!!!!
We soaked in the Yellowstone Hot Springs three nights. That was such a treat. The water is full of minerals, and I always feel refreshed and renewed after a soak. This outdoor space has a cold plunge pool, and a Kiehl Walk. The cold temps of the water are brutal, but the hot water after has an amazing energy effect afterwards...kind of like winter sea swimming.
