Easy and delightful dessert!
I thought the flavors would clash, but they compliment one another. Toast unsweetened coconut shavings in the oven first. Melt chocolate-I used Ghiradellie dark chocolate melting chips. Dip bites of watermelon. Sprinkle with coconut. Ta-da!
